Onboarding
Steps to onboard as an Issuer:
Pre-admission consultation with our issuance team at info@digift.com.sg.
Open a corporate account with DigiFT.
Submit listing application.
DigiFT reviews the proposed token offering.
Minting of tokens.
Launch token offering followed by secondary market listings on DigiFT's platform.
It typically takes 5 to 14 weeks to onboard an issuer, depending on the issuer's readiness and the proposed structure of their token listing.
Pre-admission Consultation
Applicants seeking to be admitted as an issuer on the Exchange shall comply with the requirements set out in our listing rules.
To issue a token, the first step is to open an account with DigiFT and go through a Pre-admission Consultation. If you have not gone through a Pre-Admission Consultation, please click here.
Tokens are issued using a Corporate account.
Listing Application
After consulting our Issuance team, please submit your listing application and documents on DigiFT platform:
Log into your account on DigiFT.
Click on the Avatar icon at the top right-hand corner.
Select "Token Issuance", where you will be able to view your tokens.
Click on "Modify".
Fill in the required information for your proposed security token issuance (e.g. Quantity, Price, Tenure).
Click "Next".
Upload the requested token issuance documents.
Click "Submit".
Reviewing and Tokenizing
Upon submission, please wait for DigiFT to review your listing application. DigiFT may reach out to you for more information.
Once the review is completed, the status will be changed to "Review Completed" and your assets will be minted as a token.
To view your tokens:
Click on the Avatar icon at the top right-hand corner.
Select "My Assets".
Click on "Import to wallet" to view your tokens in your ERC-20 compatible wallet.

Fees Charged to Issuers
A listing fee will be charged, as well as related charges.
