Linking your bank account to DigiFT
Login to your DigiFT account.
Click on your avatar icon on the top right of the navigation bar, and then click on "Personal center".
Click on "Bank account" located on the left of the screen.
Click on "+Add new account".
Fill in your bank details (Bank Name, Bank Account Number, SWIFT Code, Bank Account Name) and upload your bank statement.
Ensure your bank statement is dated within the Iast 6 months and that the name on your Bank Account matches the name on your DigiFT account.
Enter your verification code from either Google Authenticator or Phone verification.
DigiFT will review your bank account and notify you once it is done.
Depositing FIAT into your DigiFT account
Login to your DigiFT account.
Click on your avatar icon on the top right of the navigation bar, and then click on "My assets".
Under Cash, select to either deposit SGD or USD.
Click on the "Deposit" button located on the right of the currency you wish to deposit.
You will reach a page that shows DigiFT's bank details as well as the Reference number that is unique to your account.
Provide DigiFT's bank account details to your bank when initiating a transfer.
Ensure all banking details are correct before submitting your transfer request to your bank.
Once DigiFT receives your funds, we will inject an equivalent amount of Utility Tokens into your wallet. You can view your Asset Balance under "My assets".
You can see the status of the deposits under "My assets" and through "Deposit Records".
Withdrawing FIAT from your DigiFT account
Login to your DigiFT account.
Click on your avatar icon on the top right of the navigation bar, and then click on "My assets".
Under Cash, select to either withdraw SGD or USD.
Click on the "Withdraw" button located on the right of the currency you wish to deposit.
Select the bank account you would like to receive your FIAT.
Input your withdrawal amount and click "Submit"
A summary page for your withdrawal request will be shown.
Click on "Confirm" after checking through the details.
In your ERC-20 compatible wallet, click on "Confirm" to confirm the withdrawal from your ERC-20 compatible wallet.
A pop-up notification will appear to inform you that your withdrawal request has been submitted.
You can see the status of the deposits under "My assets" and through "Withdrawal Records".
Note:
Withdrawals typically take 1 to 3 business days to reach your bank account. There could also be bank charges from your bank and therefore you may not receive the exact amount that you requested. Our preferred bank is DBS Bank Ltd Singapore. You can reach out to our customer support team if you have not yet received the funds. We will be happy to assist you in any way we can.
Transferring your Utility Tokens into your ERC-20 compatible wallet
You can view the amount of Utility Tokens under "My assets".
Click on "Add token" to your ERC-20 compatible wallet.
You can then see your Utility Tokens in your ERC-20 compatible wallet.
